Car driving license (B category) only allows riding <=125cc bikes that have automatic transmission, and B-license must be at least 2 years old.¹ Slovakian B-license also forbids riding a motorcycle abroad. For 125cc manual gearbox motorcycles and trips abroad you will need explicit A1 license.
